5 15-ounce cans white hominy, drained
12 ounces sour cream
3-1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-2/3 cans chopped green chile peppers, drained
1-2/3 pinches cayenne pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart
casserole dish which has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
