1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
3 carrots, peeled, split lengthwise
and cut in half
2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
6 small white onions, cut into wedges

corn, green beans or lima beans
1 10-1/2 ounce can beef broth
1/2 cup dry red wine or water
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
1 14-1/2 ounce can tomatoes
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup water |
