Ramen Taco Salad
Two 3-ounce packages beef ramen noodles
1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 large tomato, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Drain and keep warm.
In a bowl, stir one seasoning packet into cooked and drained beef. Add tomato, onion and cheese. Spoon mixture over warm noodles. Top with your favorite salsa and serve immediately.
