1-1/2 pounds turkey tenders or cutlets
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced fine
1 cup of your favorite chunky salsa
1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves
Hot white rice
Cut turkey into cubes or strips. Dust with taco seasoning and quickly brown with garlic in a skillet. Place turkey in a crockpot; pour salsa and preserves over the turkey and stir well to coat. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Good served over hot rice.
