Oatmeal Snacks

eggs
1/4 cup
vegetable oil
1/2 cup
sorghum molasses
1 cup
sifted, all-purpose flour
1-1/3
cups oats
3/4 cup
shredded coconut
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2 cup
chopped walnuts
Beat eggs
and mix in oil and sorghum molasses. Mix dry ingredients together,
then mix into wet ingredients well.
Drop batter
by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.
Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
